Julie Martin

Julie Martin is an interior designer and fine artist. Her professional training began at the University of Cincinnati (DAAP), where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture. Her experience comes from working for interior design and branding agencies in the US and abroad, and has contributed to projects for Baccarat, Pepsi, and Hertz. She now freelances nationwide for companies large and small. Julie is available for hire for a wide variety of services, including design for restaurants, retail, commercial office, and styling/art direction.

As with most designers, her career began with a love of drawing. In addition to working in 3 dimensional space, she creates paintings, illustrations, and collages. Her fine art work reflects a dreamy, alternate reality through which she invites viewers to imagine narratives within the remixed imagery. She has illustrated for The Columbus Zoo, Creative Babes, Creative Mornings Columbus, and has completed three central Ohio murals.
